The property sits on the 3rd hole of Bahia fairway and overlooks Banderas Bay, Marietas Island, and the Punta Mita pier. There is easy access to all of Punta Mita’s golf, tennis, biking, and beach amenities.

Whether you want to do the cooking yourself or have our staff cook breakfast or dinner, the beautiful oceanfront Villa offers an open concept kitchen and state of the art outdoor grilling area.

The villa includes 2 master suites with expansive views of the bay, 1 bedroom with 2 double beds, and another with 2 lofted twins and a double bed. Each bedroom has its own personal on-suite bathroom.
